From agreement to launch
The operating model, integration with partner channels, data access and the responsibilities of each party. Scope and timing are agreed for each deployment.
Successfully passed a security audit
We have passed a security audit conducted by one of Poland’s largest telecommunications operators.
- A 3HT environment within the EU or the partner’s infrastructure
- Data access limited by permissions
- Separate environments
- Responsibilities agreed before launch
Four steps to launch
Every deployment starts with a discussion about the partner’s customers and requirements. We agree on the scope and timeline together.
- 01
Choose the partnership model
Branding option and how the application will be offered to customers.
- 02
Access and partner channels
Sign-in, partner channels and integration scope.
- 03
Communications and sales
Customer materials and sales preparation.
- 04
Application launch
Customer access, support and ongoing product development.
Clear rules. An agreed scope
We tailor the deployment model and scope to the organisation’s requirements. During planning, we define data access, environment separation and the responsibilities of each party.
The application runs in a 3HT environment located in the EU.
The application runs within the partner’s infrastructure, in line with its requirements.
Information access
Permissions and user controls are defined for each deployment.
Environment separation
The approach to isolation is defined in the solution architecture.
Responsibilities
Requirements, responsibilities, timing and support are agreed before launch.
The application, where your customers already are
Customers can use AI Workers through the partner’s channels, including with single sign-on. The integration scope is agreed for each deployment.
The AI Worker prepares. The business owner decides
- Reviews proposals prepared by AI Workers.
- Can correct saved information and control access to business knowledge.
- Approves sending information to customers or sharing it with a partner.
Anna Kowalska has not replied to the proposal for five days. I’ve prepared a follow-up:
Let’s discuss your deployment

During the meeting, we’ll cover:
- The application deployment option
- Data access and environment separation
