The experience behind the product

A telecommunications graduate of AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, he began as a board member of Comarch Network Systems. He then progressed through leadership roles including Director of the Warsaw Office and Sales Director. His expertise spans the services sector, business development and strategic operations management.

Progressing from technical roles to Vice President, he led multiple companies and built a FinTech business from the ground up within a corporate venture capital framework. He played a key role in the success of MarTech systems and financial services software, scaling operations across multiple markets. At 3HT, he focuses on complex business transformations, accelerating growth in high-potential companies and advising management teams.

He now leads In4nity and designs advanced AI architectures, including multi-agent platforms, cognitive architectures, proprietary machine learning models and generative AI. He combines strategic leadership with hands-on experience in building reliable systems at scale.

As Chief Information Security Officer at Comarch, he was responsible for cyber resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR), incident response, protection of critical data and hosting services, and secure software development practices.

As Chief Growth Officer, he leads international business development and technology initiatives. He specialises in customer experience platforms, mobile applications, marketing automation systems and digital solutions that deliver measurable business results.
